Four Winnipeg Jets heading to Worlds
Since there’s no Stanley Cup playoff action for the Winnipeg Jets, they’ll send four players to Helsinki and Stockholm in May to compete for IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship.

Byfuglien's boating case appears headed for trial
An attorney for Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien says it appears his client will be going to trial in a boating while impaired case in Minnesota.
Attorney Mitch Robinson said Thursday that he and a prosecutor were ''miles apart,'' and unable to agree. The next hearing is April 19, and Robinson anticipates the case will go to trial in June.
