Trigg's fight at UFC 103 marked his first fight back into the Octagon after he had been away for more than four years.     and this is a surprise to who.. man i know this was coming. Everyone is a bit over the hill in MMArtist years are trying to come back Trigg, even Miletich but they fail to realize times has changed. Training methods were different now in comparison to when a Trigg started.. Now we have people saying i want to a mixed martial artist and their training, and dieting are correct from the beginning. Where as with older MMA fighters they spent years and years to become a decent fighter.
