Courtesy of MMA legend, Frank Shamrock, who wants to remind you that "a good knee will destroy you." Shamrock will be commentating this weekend's EliteXC MMA event, which features Robbie Lawler vs. Scott Smith in a rematch of their meeting earlier this year, a fight that was stopped early, disappointing fans. The winner of Saturday night's rematch will likely face Shamrock in 2009.
