  • It's too depressing to watch two old guys try to relive their past time. Let's remember Jordan for the superstar he is, not some old guy who can't even dribble anymore (well it's probably not that bad).
  • really? have you seen him play recently? I saw him at Flight Camp only a few years back, and he was still dunking and playing like an athlete. I'm sure he could beat you, and most any other non-nba players out there. He's still athletic, he isn't that old.
  • Yeah, I was playing with him the other day at a charity event in Charlottesvile. I only lost by 4 in a game of 21.

Malone's stepfather dies

I met Ed Turner a couple of times over the years. I remember him being a quiet man with an ever-present grin who obviously preferred staying in the background. Turner, the stepfather of former Utah Jazz star Karl Malone, died Tuesday after suffering a stroke about three weeks ago. Over the years, I remember Malone often crediting Turner as being someone who helped him grow up...

2009-10 NBA preview: Chicago Bulls

The 2008-09 Chicago Bulls went 41-41 a year ago, and then had one of the best rounds of NBA playoffs many of us have ever witnessed. Not only was it probably the greatest playoff round of 2009, but I would challenge all you to show me a better round of NBA playoffs in the history of that league. This was a seven game series that featured seven overtimes, and even some spilled blood...
