Where "37 Wins are Better Than 48″ Happens

Monday night made it official: the Golden State Warriors are not getting an invitation to the NBA Playoffs. The fact that this year's Warriors team was a LOT better than last year's crew is what makes this even more disheartening. But not as much as the fact that a bunch of goofs in Atlanta that go by the name "Hawks" are going to go at least 5 games below .500 and keep their summer plans on ice.

True dat!

Agreed, even though I do like the Hawks. Let's keep it real. Don't we want the best teams in? Love the title. Wonder if they'll do a commercial?

Ditto for me. The Hawks are done in 5.

Its gonna be a clean sweep... hawks suck

Word. I say it should be the division leaders plus the best 10 teams. Period.
Don't tell me New Orleans is in the West.

Oh my God! I've been saying that all along! Power in numbers. Maybe SOMEONE will listen!

i live in the east and there are at least 5 teams in our conference that shouldnt be in the playoffs period.

and id trade all of them for the warriors.

Dig it.

I don't really know.. I like the current system, but the Warriors got snubbed, hardcore. I do believe that puts teams like Portland in too, over Atlanta- which would make it a lot more interesting.

Teams would actually have to play all the games, hard if they wanted in.
