Top 10 Reasons for the Eagles to Sign Favre

10. The Packers still owe us for taking Reggie White.

9. The green jerseys might confuse Brett and make him think he still plays for the Packers.

8. His interceptions are much more graceful than A.J. Feely's.

7. It would save Brett from having to negotiate with Al Davis.

6. If DeSean Jackson goes [...]

Love the post!!!

no, the eagles do not want farve and as an eagles fan you should not want farve
he would play 1 maybe two more years and this isnt quite a super bowl team yet so you need to work with what you have and develope the players so in a few years they will be a super bowl team

great post! just mcnabb's luck...mcnabb would get injured and favre leads to the eagles to a super bowl!

I diagree. McNabb is a great QB however, he is not a West Coast QB. Kolb would still be the backup. Come on, McNabb chokes in the big games. He holds on to the ball too long because he can only look at the receiver who is supposed to be his first read. We can trade McNabb to Arizona for a WR and some other needs or draft picks. Reid always gushes over Farve. Plus he's a leader in the huddle where McNabb is not. I think the Eaggles can contend and go to a Super Bowl with Farve. Football is never settled on paper it's on the field. Unfortunately, there is a lot of injuries in this game and Farve have held up much better than McNabb has in his career. I always believe get rid of someone when you can get value until holding on too late and getting a bag of doughnuts.

McNabb not a leader? He's an incredible leader. Favre doesn't get injured as much? Maybe because he doesn't have the courage McNabb has - when you scramble, you're going to take more hits than being nice and safe - and well, if Farve is hurt, he can always take up his painkiller addiction again. McNabb has more integrity than Farve will EVER have!

Why Would The Eagles Want Favre And Donovan Mcnabb Is A Leader In The Huddle. Do Not Trade Mcnabb. The Eagles Would Be Crazy

I mean, I'd rather have McNabb but Favre is a better leader in the huddle and the locker room from what I've seen. Granted, I'm not there, but everyone seemingly enjoys playing with Favre.

sorry brother but this was kinda dumb, no points for u on this post

How about: Brett threw enough balls to the Eagles over the years, he might as well play for them.

Funny! Then all we'd need is to line up Brian Dawkins at WR - familiar connection already.

That's pretty funny!

HAHA bornbirdsfan that was hilarious, dont forget lito sheppard too! lol why would we need another 4 on our team?

I would love Farve, but he will go somewhere he can start like Tampa Bay

Who is the genius who referred to McNabb as "an incredible leader"? That's too funny!! In what aspect has he ever lead? Oh, that's right...choking in big games, puking up Campbell's Soup in the Super Bowl, NEVER winning an MVP award, nor accrueing passing records, nor leading his team to Super Bowl victories. He is THE single most overrated athlete in the sad history of Philadelphia pro sports.

how many players can you name that lead their team 2 four straight NFC championship games? I can only think of 1 other, and he's in the HOF. McNabb has many passing records, and was well on his way to winning the MVP twice before injuries.

lol! One reason not to sign him: Would set alltime record for throwing PICKS!

he already did.

but seriously no smart eagles fan would honestly want Brett as our starter.
