I’m staying out of the Versus/DirecTV feud (see a recent blog about it). I’m a Rodney King on this one. Just want everyone to get along. But there was some ratings news just released by Versus on their opening night telecasts, and it does involve Denver.     Good for them. I have Comcast, so I still have Versus, but I can only imagine the frustration of the hockey fans who can't get their games... Oh yeah, kind of like my frustration for not getting non-sold-out Raiders games when they're blacked out!

    DirecTV brings in the gross national product of a most small countries by having the exclusive rights to the NFL package. And now they want sympathy for because Comcast is squeezing them a little bit? Absurd. Bite the bullet, DirecTV because this is inexcusable.

    I was just as pissed when Time Warner stopped showing "Inside MMA". That show was the best with Bas and all the Japan Tourney fights.
