17th for Jason Bowles at Phoenix

  Jason Bowles and his MacDonald Motorsports team continue to impress people each weekend and Phoenix was no different. Driving the 505 Southwestern Chile Sauce/Honor and Remember No. 81, Bowles brought the team their 17thtop-20 finish of 2012, with a 17th place result. “It’s great to have a good result to show for our teams efforts this weekend,” explained Jason after the race. “We were able to stay on the lead lap all day long which was key, and put us in position to run for a strong finish in the closing laps. I’m so proud of my guys for all the hard work they put in this week out here in the heat. They have been working on the race car since Tuesday here in Phoenix so it’s great to give them a good finish.” Jason’s 17thplace run marked the second top-20 finish this year at Phoenix for himself and the team.
