For some, not every bowl game is worth watching.  But for most of the state of Texas, and and a small part of northwest Oregon, this one is big.  #13 Oregon State will take on #23 Texas in the Valero Alamo Bowl.  Mack Brown, coach of the Longhorns since 1998, might be on the hot seat.  Since losing the National Championship to Alabama in 2009, Brown's club has gone just 21-16.  On the other hand, Oregon State has rebounded from back-to-back losing seasons with a strong 9-3 record in 2012.  The game will be played on Saturday at 6:45 in San Antonio.
