'I love to win': Gill comes to KU with high hopes

The Turner Gill era has begun at Kansas. The Jayhawks introduced their new football coach on Monday. The 47-year-old Gill was the head coach at Buffalo, where he compiled a 20-30 record in four years. He guided the Bulls to the Mid-American championship in 2008 and their first bowl game in half a century. Gill is a former Nebraska quarterback who brought the Huskers to dominance in the early 1980s. He later joined the Nebraska staff under Tom Osborne.
