Favre realizes his coming back could cause problems for the team and he doesn't want that.3. Favre still wants to play in the NFC North; the Packers don't want that, and the hangup is how to settle that split.4. They're talking at length, so it may not be an absolute impasse.Well, those are some guesses, anyway.
