It’s that time of year when you start looking for that perfect sports Halloween costume that’ll guarantee free beers throughout the night. Two years ago Tiger Woods was money. Last year saw a rush of Tebow-themed costumes. There was the Kenny Powers era. The Barry Bonds/McGwire era. What will 2011 bring? We expect many more Macho Man Savage (remember, he died) and of course Al Davis costumes. Here are the best of the best over the past few years.
For the Al Davis look, we recommend this mask, some fake gold jewelry and an old school Raiders Starter jacket. Specifically, this jacket with the satin finish.
We want to see and publish your 2011 Sports Halloween Costume. Send in pics.

As pretty much everything on the Internet goes, if there’s no video proof, it never happened. With that in mind, reading a report saying Tiger Woods had a hot dog thrown at him by a heckler was pretty funny. But until we had a look at the video, this alleged hot dog tossing business ranked [...]
Sizing up the TV coverage from the Frys.com Open ... and away we go.
Nobody ever expected Tiger Woods to play a Fall Series event in his lifetime. If you know Woods' schedule, then you know he's predictable and calculated when it comes to choosing his events. Sports Grid’s tendency to take videos from places and put their logo in the corner has finally come in handy, as the PGA has been on a rights and violations kick and this is the only place on the Internet to see video of a guy running onto the seventh green at CordeValle and throwing a hot dog at Tiger Woods. Yes, this is a thing that happened.
Conflicting reports abound —...
