According to Mark Feinsand, A.J. Burnett is ready if the Yankees call on him for some emergency relief work. He also said that Girardi told him it was doubtful that he'd call on Burnett to pitch tonight unless their was an emergency. "I just want the ball again," Burnett said. "Hopefully they won't need me, but I'll do whatever they need. If I get the ball again, that would be great. Whatever they need, I'm ready."I just hope they don't need him. After his game 5 I don't know how much I trust him anyway.
