I found the decision to have Alanis Morissette, a Canadian, sing the National Anthem before game five between the Phillies and the Yankees a little interesting. Perhaps ironic? I mean, for some reason, almost everyone can immediately identify her as a Canadian. As far as non-hockey-players go, she's one of the most well-known Canadians in the public consciousness.   But I have no problem with Canadians, and if one happens to have a great set of pipes and particular connection...
