Despite Finchem’s plea, golfers not playing more

PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem reached out to players and asked for more participation -- mingle with more sponsors, sign more autographs. What he got in return was little movement on the scheduling front, which is a net loss no matter which way you look at it, Steve Elling says.
