Lee at Tiger Tales has heard from a source close to the Detroit Tigers that catcher Dusty Ryan has been called up from Triple-A Toledo. No word yet on whether or not Dane Sardinha has been sent down to Toledo, but you would think that's the logical move. However, with Dontrelle Willis placed on the DL yesterday and Alfredo Figaro not being called up until Saturday, the Tigers have an extra roster spot for the day. This season with the Mud Hens, Ryan has a .259/.374/.442 average with...
