Quick follow-up to yesterday's D-League post: I did discount one factor -- a star HS player will make ~$30K for the year he's in the D-League; he can make 5-10X that for one year in college.I'm not being sarcastic, and it's not an insubstantial factor. (That said: If the D-League succeeds in becoming the prep-to-pro pipeline, they will figure out a way to create a "Beckham Rule.")-- D.S.
