Harvin having Hester effect

In 2006, when he was a rookie, Devin Hester of the Chicago Bears asserted himself as a dynamic return specialist, with five touchdowns. Through half this season, Percy Harvin is having a similar effect -- and coach Brad Childress indicated he may return some punts, too. Hester was solid as a kickoff returner, averaging 26.4 yards, including two touchdowns. But his touchdowns were the only ones over 40 yards. Hester was actually far more dangerous as a punt returner, averaging 12.8 yards per punt and returning four over 40 yards -- including three touchdowns -- and 11 over 20 yards.
