Good tip: The woman that tried to rip off Notre Dame by changing a catering tip will have to repay $16,859.79 of the $29,000. I can only assume she spent the rest on lawyer fees. She’ll start paying ND back in November - 50 bucks a month for a long-ass time. (WNDU)
