The season is set to open Tuesday, and as usual I have waited until just before the season to release my NBA Power Rankings after getting at least a chance to see how the different teams are sizing up during the preseason. So here goes. 1- Los Angeles Lakers - Andrew Bynum is the very big difference between last years roster and this year's team. Everyone is healthy. Ariza and Farmar are both much improved.
