Loss of additional scholarships not likely for Florida State
NCAA spokesperson Stacey Osburn said the Infractions Appeals Committee does not have the power to increase existing penalties or levy new ones against Florida State. If the appeals committee reversed the vacation-of-victories penalty, it could not, for instance, cut more scholarships.
