PGA suspends golfer for PED use

The PGA suspended 40-year-old golfer Doug Barron for 1-year for PED use on Monday. Barron, who lost his pro-card three years ago, has played 8 seasons on tour, but has only earned a meager $33K. After word of his suspension, Barron released a statement. "I would like to apologize for any negative perception of the tour of its players resulting from my suspension, I want my fellow tour members and the fans to know that I did not intend to gain an unfair competitive advantage or enhance my performance while on tour." I'm sure most players on the tour don't even know who Barron is, but obviously his fans are going to deeply miss him. Yeah right, what fans? The exact substance he took was not revealed by the PGA, but if looking at his physique is any indication of the results, they didn't work.
