P&A Issue #22 WIP Thread

Here you go, PCS fans: SoSG's effort to collaboratively solve P&A Magazine Issue #22, and hopefully do it quickly enough to get in the top 10 finishers (individuals or teams). Here's what to do: 1. Buy the new issue of P&A Magazine on this site. Issue #22 releases Saturday October 31 at 7a PT, so you can start downloading it then. Purchasing the issue will require registering on the site, as well as paying $4.95 via paypal. 2. Print out a copy of the meta puzzle, which is the multiple-page puzzle that is the second half of the issue (the first half is mostly warmup puzzles, all of which have solutions listed in that issue; the second half's solution is not printed until the subsequent issue). 3. Dive on in to solve whichever of the puzzles you want. Usually the puzzles will require three stages: (a) figuring out what to do / how to solve it; (b) getting the answer; (c) finding the codeword "hidden" in the puzzle.
