Despite last week's interesting discussion of whether you'd let your kid play football -- and let's hope the answer is a resounding "no," instead focusing your selfish projection on turning your kid into a football FAN -- I have been delinquent in keeping up with all things Varsity Dad.But I wanted to pass along this item from Will Leitch, whose new book is about fathers, sons and baseball -- and he wants you to be a part of it.And so whether you have a great story about interacting with your kids about baseball -- or a great story about interacting with your own parent (let's not restrict by gender) about baseball, Will wants to hear it.(Tell him Shanoff sent you -- not that it will help... actually it'll probably hurt!
