Fox Sports:
The Dallas Stars have signed left wing Loui Eriksson to a six-year, $25.5 million extension.
Eriksson's signing Friday came after he led the Stars with a career-high 36 goals last season. That was the most for a Dallas player since Brett Hull had 39 in 2000-01. Eriksson is signed through the 2015-16 season.
The 24-year-old Eriksson has 113 points (56 goals, 57 assists) in 210 career games. He is expected to play for his native Sweden in the Olympics in February.
