Sebastian Vettel topped the timesheets Friday in the second practice session in preparation for Sunday’s race under the lights on the streets of Singapore.The German picked up where teammate Mark Webber had left off after the Australian clouted the wall. Prior to bringing out the red flag, Webber had been setting the pace.
