While things haven’t been great for the Diamondbacks as of late, there has been a glimmer of hope with Pacific Coast League MVP Adam Eaton being called up on Tuesday and immediately producing.
In just his second game in the bigs he has made an impact at the plate, he already has 4 hits in 11 at bats.
But it was his defense that got everyones attention Wednesday night, keeping Trevor Cahill’s no hitter intact for the time being, Cahill would give up a hit in the seventh.
