Adam Schefter has some news concerning B-West's status for the Eagles-Giants game, but not really.
Ever since Tuesday morning we have been waiting to hear seven words from Eagles head coach Andy Reid - 'Brian's going to sit this one out.' - But we still haven't heard those words from him. Instead all we have heard from him is that Brian remains a game-time decision.
Now thanks to the miracle of twitter, ESPN's Adam Schefter has some news for us, kind of.
According to Schefter's twitter account, "Things Change, but right now, Eagles running back Brian Westbrook is not expected to play due to the concussion he suffered Monday night."
Which means, the same thing that we have all assumed this week - that it's likely Westbrook won't play during Today's game but you never know with the Birds.
Really, Adam Schefter should have just kept this one to himself, it's kind of like saying Westbrook probably won't play today but he just might.
Do me a favor Adam, when you actually have twitter-worthy news, then break it. Because you're really not telling us anything we did not know Tuesday morning.
