Now this is interesting. Anderson Silva isn’t really someone who would make excuses, and this quote from a Portuguese MMA news outlet proves that, and we all remember the rumors of Silva being injured before the Weidman fight, now it’s coming true. Anderson Silva has revealed that he was at “85%” against Weidman, and he had a cracked rib. Hmm. Here’s the quote. “It is good to talk about it, because I was really hurt, no one touched on this subject, but this is no excuse for my performance. It was slightly below the rib that I had fractured before the first fight against Sonnen. And that’s it. I was 85% of my physical condition.” “I can not talk about it because anything I talk can be used against me, it is past.” “I’m fine now, Wednesday I start to train for the fight.” What do you guys think?
