Former NBA forward Antoine Wright is close to signing a deal with Israel’s Gilboa Galil, a source told RealGM. Wright, 29, had been trying to make a comeback to the NBA, but he’s since focused on signing overseas. His new contract is expected to be finalized within the next few days. Wright, the No. 15 pick to the Nets in the 2005 NBA draft, averaged 5.4 points and 2.3 in six seasons in the NBA. He played for New Jersey as well as the Dallas Mavericks, Toronto Raptors and Sacramento Kings.
