Cleveland Sports 360:
The Cleveland Cavaliers look like a team that can contend with the best the NBA has to offer. In a game against the Heat the Cavs built their lead to 27 points. Midway through the 3rd quarter the Cavs were still in charge in that game. They showed they could play against the best the NBA has to offer and they beat the Oklahoma City Thunder earlier in the season.
Last night the Cleveland Cavaliers controlled the game over the Boston Celtics and had a 12 point lead in the 4th quarter. The Cavs lost the game by one point and it makes me wonder if this team is dropping games on purpose to position themselves for a better lottery pick.
How can this team play so great only to lose games in the final minutes? It is almost like they turn on the throw away the game switch. The Cavs have been affected by injuries this season. 2 of the teams first round draft picks have been out. Anderson Varejao has been out for months and he probably won’t play again this season.

On March 4, the Cleveland Cavaliers held a promotion at Quicken Loans Arena where the team gave away 50 limited edition bobbleheads bearing the likeness of “Uncle Drew,” the curmudgeonly character who can ball with the best of them despite his advanced age who is portrayed by point guard sensation Kyrie Irving in the much ballyhooed commercials for Pepsi Max.

CLEVELAND -- Its not fair to judge the Cavaliers right now.
I know, I know. Weve said the same thing for the past three seasons. I know its getting a little old.

It didnt even get this bad when Ted Stepien...
Before their game against the New York Knicks on March 4th the Cleveland Cavaliers gave away Kyrie Irving ‘Uncle Drew’ bobbleheads to 50 lucky fans. ‘Uncle Drew’ being the character Irving plays in recent Pepsi Max commercials.
The popularity of Irving’s ‘Uncle Drew’ and the scarcity of the bobblehead have created the perfect storm on the eBay resale market as...
Cleveland had a real chance to win this game and put Boston on a six-game losing streak, but surprisingly, most of the chatter was still about how much the Cavaliers suck. The general consensus from fans is that the team is tanking to get a good draft pick and with their superstar of the future, Kyrie Irving, out for the rest of the year, that seems to make sense. Most of the talk...
Jeff Green buried a game-winning layup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, and then shared a touching moment with his heart surgeon, Dr. Lars Svensson.
When taking into account the playing field that is the National Basketball Association, it is relatively easy to see how the Cleveland Cavaliers can blow a large lead to the New York Knicks. Even clearer, the way that an injury-ridden version of the same team could cough up a historical lead to the defending champion Miami Heat. But when the Boston Celtics come to town without All...
