Arenas Scores 29, Wizards Top the Mavs in Season Opener

Well the speculation can end; Gilbert Arenas is back…for now. The formerly injury plagued star shined tonight, as he scored 29 points to go with 9 assists leading the Wizards to a 102-91 victory over the Dallas Mavericks. There had been questions surrounding Arenas leading into tonight’s game. Questions about his remaining physical ability, questions about his mental stability, and questions about his attitude towards the game swirled from Twitter to ESPN.
