Actress Ashley Judd and racecar driver Dario Franchitti are splitting after over a decade of marriage, People Magazine reports. “We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We’ll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed,” Judd and Franchitti said in a statement to the magazine. The split seems amicable if you go by the tweet Judd sent shortly after the news broke: Family forever. @dariofranchitti — ashley judd (@AshleyJudd) January 30, 2013 Judd, 44, and Franchitti, 39, were engaged for about two years before marrying in Scotland in 2001. Judd celebrated with Franchitti as he won the Indy 500 last year. Franchitti has raced in the NASCAR and IndyCar series and has won the Indy 500 three times. Judd is an avid fan of Kentucky basketball. She reportedly is exploring the possibility of running for the Senate.
