Sean Avery returned to the CT Whale line-up and scored his second goal in the seven games since being re-assigned, but it wasn't enough as the Rangers AHL affiliate lost their 10th straight game 3-2 to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in overtime last night. After netting his goal, Avery got into an altercation with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's Joey Mormina and was given roughing and unsportsmanlike conduct minors and a 10-minute misconduct.Mats Zuccarello was also re-inserted into the line-up after missing the previous four games and 17 of 18 with an ankle injury sustained in a 3-2 loss at Providence on Dec. 11....now that's the Avery I know and love. If he can continue to score some goals while playing his agitating game he will force an NHL team to take a chance on him this summer.Remember to follow me on Twitter & Facebook or e-mail me at nyrfan94@yahoo.com.
