David Beckham apparently wants to make his voice deeper. So it sounds better on TV, for when he retires and inevitably gets hired by ESPN as an in-house soccer expert.That's what everybody is saying (not the ESPN bit...):"David is quite keen to move into TV work when he finally retires. He’s got the looks and the knowledge, but knows his voice needs work," Contact Music reports. “Victoria knows being British can be an asset in the States, but only if the American public can understand what you’re talking about.”Makes sense. His voice is pretty high and girly.Though I had no idea being British is an asset over here. And just because his voice is deeper, doesn't guarantee he'll be easier to understand...
