Check this out. This is crazy. I've assumed the Yankees re-sign Damon and Matsui. I've used fangraphs to get the wOBA projections. We also haven't added in defense or baserunning. They have 35.6 offensive wins. The 2010 Bill James Cubs projections have the Cubs with 34.9 wins for their offense, fielding and pitching. Those 9 players above are better than the entire Cubs roster.
