CALGARY, Alberta -- The third time was the charm for the Chicago Blackhawks. For the third time on their road trip, the Blackhawks went to a shootout Saturday night. After losing the first two games to go that far — in Minnesota and Vancouver — the Hawks came up with a 3-2 win over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night. Patrick Kane scored the winner, while goalie Ray Emery stopped all three shooters who came his way: Alex Tanguay, Jiri Hudler and Roman Cervenka. The Hawks still have yet to lose in regulation time, now sitting at 7-0-2, while the Flames are at 1-3-2. It was a wild finish to a wild game at the Saddledome, especially in the third period. Kane opened the scoring four minutes into the frame when he pounced on a loose puck after Andrew Shaw’s offering hit the post.
