PLAYERS: Bo Jackson
Courtesy of reddit we are able to see a pretty phenomenal scouting report from 1984 on the great Bo Jackson. The one thing that stood out to me throughout all of the comments is the fact that someone actually gave Bo a 7 on running speed! I only remember amazing games and highlights of Bo crushing it in the speed category and that he ran a reported 4.12 second 40-yard-dash at the NFL combine. “Can simply do it all” sums up the man pretty well. Bo Jackson is considered by some sports enthusiasts to be the greatest pure athlete in the history of American athletics. Bo Jackson’s 1985 Scouting Report Surfaces

I should of punched him Juan… Growing up, Bo Jackson was my favorite player on the planet.  His career was so short, but he left a lasting impression on how we view so many different things in sports today.  I still bust out my vintage ‘Bo Knows’ shirt from time to time.  Here is his scouting report: Barry Sanders High School Highlights Adrian Peterson Has His Sights Set...

Here’s a Vincent (Bo) Edward Jackson Scouting Report from 1985

Have to give a Hardball Talk hat tip on this one. We didn’t know the scout who had the pleasure of writing this report in 1985, but again we could read this stuff all day long. It actually got a mention on Colin Cowherd’s radio show today, and that guy never talks baseball. Bo Jackson was a rare talent. His hit tool was only a ’4′, which was actually pretty accurate. Everything...

Bo Jackson scouting report the latest one to surface

Perhaps one of the greatest what if in sports is what if Bo Jackson would’ve never injured his hip? Jackson was undeniably explosive on both football and baseball fields. He was one of the most exciting athletes to watch in my lifetime. He was a Heisman Trophy winner and an All-Star outfielder. He was equally powerful with a football or a bat in his hands. Before getting his hip...

Ending Jeffery Loria’s reign of terror in Miami. A call for open rebellion!

This is a call to arms for all Florida Marlins players and fans (if they are any left). This is a call for change. This is a call for open rebellion. For far too long, owner Jeffery Loria has used and abused your team, only to ship players off to the AL East once they get good. Twice now, he has tricked us all into believing he was dedicated to more than lining his own pockets, and...
