According to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, Bobcats head coach Steve Clifford was hospitalized Thursday night with an undisclosed illness. If he is unable to coach tonight when the Bobcats host the Knicks, associate head coach Patrick Ewing will take over.
Charlotte Bobcats coach Steve Clifford has been hospitalized and is undergoing tests this morning for an undisclosed condition. It’s unclear whether he’ll be able to coach tonight’s home game against the New York Knicks.
