Andy Cohen, executive of Bravo’s hit series The Real Housewives is now addressing the network’s plans with the popular shows and any potential spin-offs that have been in the media lately. It is no secret that Cohen’s idea to follow around some of the richest, most dramatic and outspoken housewives in the United States has changed the face of reality television. And although these women are hard to relate to, they go through daily issues like family problems, children and work.
So is Andy planning on creating any more shows in other larger cities with the Bravo network? “I think we’re good right now,” Andy explains about doing another The Real Housewives show. The D.C. version only survived one season and the Miami version fell flat on the drama, so it is no surprise that viewers may not be interested in a new show. In fact, it seems that viewers are more interested in following the women from Atlanta, Orange County, New Jersey and New York.
But Bravo has decided to follow some of the most interesting women in spin-off shows. Bethenny Frankel got her own show and now Kim Zolciak will have cameras following her around as well, documenting every minute of her new married life.
