Cue up the broken record, gang...another big leaguer just got popped arrested for a DUI.  This time, it's Milwaukee Brewers starter Yovanni Gallardo. According to ESPN Wisconsin, the righty was driving westbound on Interstate 94 near Miller Park when he was pulled over at 2:10 am Tuesday, for driving slowly and deviating lanes. Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Fran McLaughlin said the 27-year-old failed a field sobriety test and later registered a blood-alcohol level of .22, nearly three times Wisconsin's legal limit of .08. Gallardo has no prior criminal record, so he will not face jail time.  That said, since it is his first offense, he's only going to be ticketed to the tune of $300 for operating while intoxicated, an extra $300 because of the level of intoxication and $178.80 for lane deviation.  All in all, a drop in the bucket for a guy slated to bring home close to $8 million this season. Which, again, bring me to this...stop drinking and driving. If most people got popped for a DUI, they'd be looking at far more of a hit than the slap on the wrist Gallardo will get.  At the worst, it'll be mentioned when the Brewers star heads back out on the mound against the San Francisco Giants Thursday.  But, chances are...nothing more will come of it.
