The Milwaukee Brewers recalled outfielder CalebGindl from Triple-A Nashville, filling the roster spot vacated by right-handerJohnny Hellweg's demotion to the minor leagues.Gindl, 24, made his major league debut with the Brewerson June 15, hitting .250 with one RBI in 20 at-bats.Needing an extra pitcher to aid a taxed bullpen, Gindlwas sent back to Nashville on June 28 when right-hander Tyler Thornburg wasrecalled.Milwaukee's fifth-round pick in 2007, Gindl is hitting .294with 10 home runs and 45 RBI in Triple-A.With Gindl coming up, the Brewers' bench is back to amore desired number of five.
