Randy Gradishar put the pop in the Orange Crush. No. 53 was relentless in his pursuit, a sure tackler and the best short-yardage defender I ever saw. He’s in the Broncos Ring of Fame and he belongs in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It’s been nearly 30 years since Gradishar hung up his Broncos jersey. It’s been 34 years since Gradishar led the Orange Crush to Super Bowl XI and Broncomania became an epidemic. Now, as Super Bowl Super Bowl XLVI approaches, Gradishar has agreed to take your questions for the next installment of The Denver Post’s “Fan Mail” feature. He’ll have plenty to say.
