The Bruins earned a much-needed win on Wednesday night over the Devils, and did so on the strength of their special teams. The B’s struggled on the power play on Saturday night late in the game against the Canadiens, but they seemed to have shored everything up against the Devils.The key to the 5-4 win was the Bruins’ short-handed play — they scored two short-handed goals.
