After picking up their first win of the season on Monday Night Football, the Bucs stay home this week to greet the Falcons, who have fallen to 2-7 for the season. A number of Tampa Bay starters have been banged up in practice on the short week but most are expected to be available on Sunday.
Receiver Vincent Jackson and guard Davin Joseph were limited by knee injuries early in the practice week but are considered probable to make the start. Left tackle practiced all week with a calf injury and is also expected to start on Sunday.
Defensively, safety Mark Barron was limited with a knee injury but is listed as probable. DT Akeem Spence (wrist) and cornerbacks Michael Adams (knee) and Danny Gorrer (groin) are also probable.
Defensive end Da’Quan Bowers missed practice all week because of a concussion and he’ll be a game-time decision.
Receiver Chris Owusu is closer to returning from foot injury that’s kept him sidelined, but his status is questionable.
