For Junior Nation it has been a long time since Dale Earnhardt Jr has been in victory way in the Top Series. In fact it stands at 93 races and counting. His last win came on June 15, 2008 at Michigan and he has only won two races in the last 155 races. Daytona is a track that he seems to do very well at and could end that streak. Will he get it done? It is possible, but in reality when you go to these types of tracks it really is a crap shoot as you never know.

Giving Dale Earnhardt Jr another crew chief in my opinion will just slow down the chance of him winning. To win championships and races you must continue to have the same people running the show. Take Jimmie Johnson for example. How many championships would he have won without Chad Knaus helping him. Yes, the driver is a big part, but so is the crew chief. Dale Earnhardt Jr needs continuity and until it happens it maybe awhile before he wins again.
