Although Anderson Varejao is now out for the season and any trade that would have involved him this year would be on hold, the Cleveland Cavaliers likely aren't interested in trading the 30-year old center.  The team may want to keep him strictly for the purpose of luring LeBron James back.According to Bob Finnan of the News-Herald, the Cavaliers understand the relationship James and Varejao had while playing together.  If James is to ever come back to Cleveland, the team thinks Varejao may help get him there. It's not even a lock that James will ultimately leave the Miami Heat.  Of course, if he wins multiple championships with Miami, he may want to return to his home city and try to bring a title back there.  Regardless, holding onto a player because they might lure another player is a risky proposition.Varejao has value beyond bait, though.  He was having one of the best years of his career before he got injured.  Varejao averaged 14.1 points per game and 14.4 rebounds per game this season.  In his career, he has averaged 7.7 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.Follow @hoopsinjurynews!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src="http://www.nbainjurynews.com//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,"script","twitter-wjs"); var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-34100676-1']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ?
