Chad Ford Ranks the NBA Summer Moves

Chad Ford over at ESPN has posted a list of all 30 NBA teams ranked by their summer moves. Obviously based on what we've done so far, we are going to be in the bottom half. Our low ranking is also due to non existant first rounders from this years draft. Either way, he is irked at how little KP has done and not impressed with our draft. I'm not quite as worried. Here's what he had to say about Portland: Key additions: None Key subtractions: Sergio Rodriguez In limbo: Channing Frye (U), Raef LaFrentz (U) Kevin Pritchard is the most active GM in the league. That's why it's such a shock to be wondering what he's up to on July 8. The team made a huge pitch to Hedo Turkoglu but was left at the altar for the more cosmopolitan Raptors. The Blazers' draft was a disappointment, as well. Pritchard tried to move up high in the draft but couldn't.
