The Mark Graham Sports Blog:
In a recent turn of events, it appears now as if Oregon Ducks head coach Chip Kelly is close to a five year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles and not the Cleveland Browns as many have reported.
According to Brian Startare of Sportsradio 94 WIP in Philadelphia, that the Eagles have swooped in and taken Kelly from the clutches of the Cleveland Browns. Startare is so confident in his sources that if he is wrong he will fire his source.
Startare said in a tweet, "If wrong my source is fired."
The Eagles and Kelly met for over nine hours and appeared to have changed his mind on going to Cleveland. Kelly also interviewed with the Buffalo Bills before the team eventually hired Syracuse head coach Doug Marrone.
The Eagles seem to be a better fit for Kelly and his offensive scheme. It would allow Vick, McCoy, and Jackson to make big plays for the Eagles and, to me, that probably swayed him to go to Philly.
That and money. Truckloads and truckloads of money.

Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that the Cleveland Browns are close to reaching an agreement with Oregon HC Chip Kelly.
Both the Eagles and the Bills were also mentioned as possible landing spots for Kelly, but the Browns made it pretty clear that Kelly was their main objective and it appears as though they were quite convincing during their meeting with Kelly today.
Alright, it looks like Chip Kelly wants to go about 90 miles away from Buffalo. However, I got my Q&A back from the guys over at The Duck Stops Here and I'm not about to let it go to waste. So, let's pretend the reports are wrong like some idiot who reported that Buddy Nix was going to retire last year.

Two hot rumors just hit the Cleveland Twitter-sphere. First, SportsRadio 94 WIP’s Brain Startare out in Philadelphia has a potentially dynamite rumor for Cleveland Browns fans:
Sources tell me Chip Kelly and the eagles are close to an agreement on a 5 year deal. If I’m right I’m golden. If wrong my source is fired

Cleveland fans have needed their team to give them a “we are really serious about winning football games” type move since the NFL gave football back to the city. The Lerner family never really showed much interest, but it seems that new owner Jimmy Haslam is wasting zero time in his first offseason. He is going for the end zone in his first big move besides getting rid of Pat...
The last time we heard from Donovan McNabb, he was attempting to rain of the Redskins’ RGIII parade. At the time, McNabb argued on ESPN’s First Take that having Mike Shanahan as his coach was a bad fit for RGIII.
Obviously he was wrong, but that hasn’t stopped him from giving his opinion on the Eagles’ pursuit of Oregon coach Chip Kelly. And in short, McNabb thinks that hiring...
