There are some that think Michael Vick is in a lame duck situation. Michael Vick
But new Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly has met with Vick for the first time on Friday. But there has not been any resolution to Vick’s future with the team.
Vick’s future is the biggest question that Kelly will face in the next few months. A trade may turn out to be difficult, if he stays with the $15.5 million dollar salary.
He would have to agree to re-work his deal in order to stay with the team. A trade is possible, but not with his current salary.
Previously, Vick said he is not willing to stay in Philadelphia with a reduced pay. This has put Vick and Kelly, both, in a predicament, that needs to be worked out sooner than later.
